Delivery & Returns

Business hours:  Mon - Thur 08:30 am - 05:00 pm, Friday 08:30 am - 04:30 pm.

Shipping time: Usually 2-3 days or 4-5 days for rural addresses.

StyleHQ currently delivers within New Zealand only. We offer FREE SHIPPING on any order over $30 and a flat rate of $10 on orders under $30 .

Orders are completed and dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 1 - 2 working days.  Orders are processed during our opening hours only (not over the weekend or public holidays). 

Some of our products (such as aerosol hairsprays and some gels pastes) are classified as dangerous goods and may take an extra day for delivery.

Please note a signature is required for all StyleHQ deliveries.  If nobody is available to sign for the package, the courier will leave a calling card so that you can arrange to collect it.

However, you can authorize a 'non-signature required' for your order at the checkout. By doing that, you have authorized the courier to leave the parcel at your own risk.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

If you’ve changed your mind about a product, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it, provided it meets the criteria listed in our Return Policy.

If an item isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged or faulty, you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund of the purchase price.
