StyleHQ Return Policy
At StyleHQ, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to provide an excellent online shopping experience. We adhere to the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and the New Zealand Fair Trading Act in all our transactions.
Can I return something I've purchased?
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on any item you’ve purchased from us, provided it meets the criteria listed below. Simply contact us at info@stylehq.co.nz for assistance.
Change of Mind
If you’ve changed your mind about a product, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following criteria:
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- You will be responsible for any delivery costs incurred to send the item back to us.
This right does not apply to:
- Any product with a security seal that you have opened.
- Any product that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as:
- Hairbrushes and combs
- Scissors and blades
- Manicure/pedicure tools
Faulty Item
If the item you have received is faulty, or if it becomes faulty within the warranty period, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, your date of purchase, and a photo of the faulty product if possible.
You may need to pay postage or courier fees to return the faulty product, but these costs are refundable unless it is determined that the consumer guarantees have not been breached (e.g., if you caused the damage).
Incorrect Item / Damaged on Arrival
If you receive an item that isn’t what you ordered, or it arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us at info@stylehq.co.nz within 7 days of delivery.
What Happens Next?
- Get in Touch: To request a return, please notify us by filling in the Products Returns form here or email us at info@stylehq.co.nz with the relevant details.
- Return Your Item: Once you receive instructions, pack your item securely to ensure it reaches us safely.
- Processing Your Return: We will process your refund or exchange within 1-2 business days of receiving your returned item.
Important Notes
- For more information on your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, please visit the New Zealand Commerce Commission website or contact your local Citizens' Advice Bureau.
- Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card used for the original payment.
- Important: Once you submit your order, you cannot amend or edit it, including changing the delivery address. Please ensure all the information provided is correct before proceeding to payment.
