StyleHQ Return Policy

Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, or if it becomes faulty within the warranty period, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, your date of purchase, and a photo of the faulty product if possible.

You may need to pay postage or courier fees to return the faulty product, but these costs are refundable unless it is determined that the consumer guarantees have not been breached (e.g., if you caused the damage).

Incorrect Item / Damaged on Arrival

If you receive an item that isn’t what you ordered, or it arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us at info@stylehq.co.nz within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Return Your Item: Once you receive instructions, pack your item securely to ensure it reaches us safely.
  3. Processing Your Return: We will process your refund or exchange within 1-2 business days of receiving your returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the credit or debit card used for the original payment.
  • Important: Once you submit your order, you cannot amend or edit it, including changing the delivery address. Please ensure all the information provided is correct before proceeding to payment.
